Rev. Jake Hall, Senior Pastor
Jake, a native of Columbus, GA is a recent transplant to Canton from Dallas, TX where he served on staff of Wilshire Baptist Church. He is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, AL where he met his wife Erin. After they married in 2000, Jake began seminary at Duke Divinity School, with a certificate in the Baptist Studies program.
Jake has served in several churches before coming to Canton, and finds one of his greatest joys in spending time with people, and helping them to become formed as Christ followers. He and Erin enjoy exploring new corners of Cherokee County, watching new episodes of "Lost" and "24" each week, cooking together, hosting people in their home, laughing, watching movies and playing with their loveable English Bulldog, Harley.

Miriam Greene, Director of Children

Miriam, a graduate of Univeristy of West Georgia, has a background in education and was a high school teacher for five years. She became Director of Children in 2002, putting her expertise to work in
planning events for children preschool - 6th grade. Miriam and her husband Bradley have a daughter, Nora, who is five years old, and an infant son, Eli. Besides being a busy mother and Children's Director, Miriam enjoys swimming and scrapbooking.
Ann Wells, Director of Music

Anne has served as Director of Music since January 2006. Oringinally from Morrow, Ga, she recieved her B.A. in Music from Wake Forest in 2000 and has taught elementary music in Cheroke County since 2000. In addition to directing the music at Heritage, Anne is the music teacher at R.M. Moore Elementary School in Waleska. She enjoys spending much of her free time singing with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus, of which she is a member of the Soprano I section.

Valerie began work in March 2007, coming to Heritage with a wealth of experience in church work, most recently in Columbus, Georgia. The mother of three adult children, Valerie and her husband live in Cartersvllle.
