At Heritage, children get to worship with their families and with their friends during Children’s Worship.
Children age 4 - 5th grade are invited to worship with their families upstairs for the first part of the 11:00 am Worship Service. Then, about halfway through the service, they go downstairs to worship. In Children’s Worship, we experience worship through fun songs, Bible stories, music, memory verses and hands-on learning activities.
We hope you and your children will make plans to be a part of Children’s Worship each Sunday. Give it a try . . . Children’s Worship could be a meaningful and special part of your child’s spiritual growth.

How can I prepare my child, before 11:00 am Worship, to have a positive experience during all of worship?

1.Encourage children to use the restroom/water fountain prior to the service

2.Help children find and mark the scriptures listed in the bulletin. Make it a challenge to find the Old Testament, New Testament verses, etc.
3. Help children find and mark the hymns we will sing. Let them choose one verse for you to sing with all your might, and another verse to sing at a whisper, and so on.
